Apple tart

  1. Place two cream puff sticks on a tray.
  2. Thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature. Avoid high temperatures that may lead to excessive proofing.
  3. Once thawed, roll with a pin and join the two puff sticks together in the center to obtain the base for the tart.
  4. Spread pastry cream in the center and arrange apple slices there on.
  5. Finally, sprinkle almond flakes all over and brush the dough with egg.
  6. Bake at 180ºC for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Once baked, left to cool and brush with gelatin or icing sugar.
