Roll tarts

  1. Place the rolls on an oven tray.
  2. Proof for 1–1.5 hours at room temperature.
  3. Once proofed, fill the roll with cream following the drawing on the roll itself.
  4. Add dried fruits and nuts such as almond flakes and slices of apple or canned peach.
  5. Brush with egg and put in oven at 180-190ºC for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and left to cool.
  7. Decorate with seasonal fruit of preference and/or brush with syrup.
