Triangular savory croissant sandwich

  1. Place thetriangular base on a tray.
  2. Proof for 1.5 -1.75h.
  3. Once proofed, add the different seeds sprinkling them over the entire surface of the triangle.
  4. Bake at 180-190ºC for 14-16 minutes.
  5. Left to cool, make a cut, and perform filling.
  6. It is recommended to fill it with a base including a mix of lettuce, corn salad, rocket, etc., with the addition of a few slices of tomato, topped slices of honey ham, turkey, or ham.
