Valentines's Day Palmier
- Defrost the palmier for 30 minutes
- Bake for 18 minutes at 180 ° C on a tray with siliconized baking paper
- Remove from the oven and let it cool.
- To decorate melt white chocolate and apply pink or red colourant (to taste) while stirring so that it gets an uniform color.
- Bathe the palmier tree in dyed chocolate
- Presentation suggestion: once bathed ,add colored sugars and / or shapes of Valentine’s Day to make it more colorful.
