Valentines's Day Palmier

  1. Defrost the palmier for 30 minutes
  2. Bake for 18 minutes at 180 ° C on a tray with siliconized baking paper
  3. Remove from the oven and let it  cool.
  4. To decorate melt white chocolate and apply pink or red colourant (to taste) while stirring so that it gets  an uniform color.
  5. Bathe the palmier tree in dyed chocolate
  6. Presentation suggestion: once bathed ,add colored sugars and / or shapes of Valentine’s Day to make it more colorful.
