Apple tart
- Place two cream puff sticks on a tray.
- Thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature. Avoid high temperatures that may lead to excessive proofing.
- Once thawed, roll with a pin and join the two puff sticks together in the center to obtain the base for the tart.
- Spread pastry cream in the center and arrange apple slices there on.
- Finally, sprinkle almond flakes all over and brush the dough with egg.
- Bake at 180ºC for 18-20 minutes.
- Once baked, left to cool and brush with gelatin or icing sugar.
