Swiss rolls

Thaw the sandwich bread sheets for 30 minutes.

To make whipped cream swiss roll:

  1. Roll out the sandwich bread sheet properly with a pin.
  2. Cut the base to the desired size.
  3. Spread generous amount of whipped cream on the base and roll up the base, making a complete turn.
  4. Sprinkle icing sugar on the entire surface.
  5. Finally, decorate with seasonal fruits for a touch of color.

To make chocolate swiss roll:

  1. Roll out the sandwich bread sheet properly with a pin.
  2. Cut the base to the desired size.
  3. Spread generous amount of chocolate cream on the base and roll up the base, making a complete turn.
  4. Add chocolate cream coating on the entire surface and level it out using as craper. Add pearlized sugar for a touch of crispiness.

To make cream swiss roll:

  1. Roll out the sandwich bread sheet properly with a pin.
  2. Cut the base to the desired size.
  3. Spread generous amount of pastry cream on the base and roll up the base, making a complete turn.
  4. Sprinkle a generous amount of icing sugar on the entire surface and brown with a blowtorch.
