Swiss rolls
Thaw the sandwich bread sheets for 30 minutes.
To make whipped cream swiss roll:
- Roll out the sandwich bread sheet properly with a pin.
- Cut the base to the desired size.
- Spread generous amount of whipped cream on the base and roll up the base, making a complete turn.
- Sprinkle icing sugar on the entire surface.
- Finally, decorate with seasonal fruits for a touch of color.
To make chocolate swiss roll:
- Roll out the sandwich bread sheet properly with a pin.
- Cut the base to the desired size.
- Spread generous amount of chocolate cream on the base and roll up the base, making a complete turn.
- Add chocolate cream coating on the entire surface and level it out using as craper. Add pearlized sugar for a touch of crispiness.
To make cream swiss roll:
- Roll out the sandwich bread sheet properly with a pin.
- Cut the base to the desired size.
- Spread generous amount of pastry cream on the base and roll up the base, making a complete turn.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of icing sugar on the entire surface and brown with a blowtorch.
