Shooting Stars

Cream Star

1) Draw a shooting star on a sheet and create your fun template.

2) Cut it out and place it on the puff pastry plate (ref. 01229, 01211, 01222)

3) Once you have your star marked on the puff pastry plate, cut and place on an oven tray.

4) Bake at 180-190ºC for 25 min *** If you want to add nuts, do it before baking on some pieces. ***

5) Remove from the oven and let it cool.

6) Place a star on the base, fill it at your taste (with cream, and strawberries…)

7) Cover with another star and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Pastry Cream Star

1) Draw a shooting star on a sheet and create your fun template.

2) Cut it out and place it on the puff pastry plate (ref. 01229, 01211, 01222)

Fruity star

1) Draw a shooting star on a sheet and create your fun template.

2) Cut it out and place it on the puff pastry plate (ref. 01229, 01211, 01222)

3) Once you have your star marked on the puff pastry plate, cut and place on an oven tray.

4) Bake at 180-190ºC for 25 min ***Sprinkle with sugar before baking.

5) Remove from the oven and let it cool.

6) Decorate at your taste, with cream and fruits, icing sugar…

Salty Star

1) Draw a shooting star on a sheet and create your fun template.

2) Cut it out and place it on the puff pastry plate (ref. 01229, 01211, 01222)

3) Once you have your star marked on the puff pastry plate, cut and place on an oven tray.

4) Bake at 180-190ºC for 25 min *** If you want to add nuts, seeds or cheese, put them before baking on some pieces. ***.

5) Remove from the oven and let cool.

6) Place a star in the base, fill to liking (with ham, salmon, cheese, lettuce, tomato …).

7) Cover with another star, previously decorated, before baking.
