Catalan Cream Roll
- Place Tradicional roll on an oven tray.
- Proof for 2 hours and then bake at 180ºC for 6-8 minutes.
- Once fresh out of the oven, left to cool and sprinkle glass sugar.
- Take the roll and cut it in half.
- Spread pastry cream on the surface and add generous amount of sugar on top. Brown the sugar layer using a blowtorch.
- Left to cool, then add whipped cream and seasonal fruits.
