Roll tarts
- Place the rolls on an oven tray.
- Proof for 1–1.5 hours at room temperature.
- Once proofed, fill the roll with cream following the drawing on the roll itself.
- Add dried fruits and nuts such as almond flakes and slices of apple or canned peach.
- Brush with egg and put in oven at 180-190ºC for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and left to cool.
- Decorate with seasonal fruit of preference and/or brush with syrup.
